1. ADMINISTRATOR. The Tag the Hardest Worker You Know Contest is administered by Winix America Inc., 220 N Fairway Dr, Vernon Hills, IL, 60061.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Tag the Hardest Worker You Know Contest is open to legal residents in the United States only. Employees, directors, officers, shareholders, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, or their subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, or their agents, their advertising and promotional agencies involved in the production, development, or administration of the Contest (including the Administrator), and members of their respective immediate families and persons living in the same household each are not eligible to enter to the Contest. The term “person” refers to a natural person.
3. HOW TO ENTER. Person must have an active Instagram account. Directly access the Winix Instagram page website at https://www.instagram.com/WinixAmerica/ and click on the “Follow” button (if you have previously “followed” the Winix Instagram Page, you will not be required to repeat this action for entry). Suggest your nomination in the “comment” section of the Tag the Hardest Worker You Know post. Your suggested nomination must then “Follow” the Winix Instagram page.
4. CONTEST PERIOD. The Tag the Hardest Worker You Know Contest begins on February 11th, 2021 at 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (“CST”) and ends on March 31st, 2021 at 11:59:59 PM CST. All eligible entries must be received during the Contest Period. The computer clock of the Administrator will be deemed the official Contest clock. Entries are limited to (1) per person.
5. PRIZE. The prize is (1) L200 Winix Humidifier (provided by Winix). One person from the entire Contest registered database will be drawn by random to win the prize. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received within that quarter.
6. PRIZE REWARD REMITTANCE. The Selected Entrant will be notified by a direct message on Instagram asking for the member’s email address, followed with an email according to Sponsor’s sole discretion, to the address provided at the time of entry. Selected Entrant will be required to respond (as directed) within ten (10) days of attempted notification. Selected Entrant will receive the Prize by mail within approximately thirty (30) days of the date on which the Sponsor receives the completed, signed Release from the Selected Entrant (exact timing subject to change based upon availability of Prize and delays within the small parcel network). In the event of a dispute about the identity of an Entrant, each entry will be declared made by the name and relevant information submitted at time of entry.
7. OTHERS. To be qualified for the Contest as a person, the email address must be validated. Must be legal resident of 50 US and age 18+ at entry. Winix reserves the right to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant, nominee, or Contest entry with these Official Terms and Conditions, or as a result of technical problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions.
8. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. By entering this Contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information (information that identifies them as an individual, for example, home telephone number, age, and home address, etc.) collected by the Sponsor to administer the Contest, and if participated has opted into receiving emails from Sponsor, to extend promotional offers, literature, and materials to the participant regarding Sponsor and its products. Winix will not sell any personal information that is collected. Upon request, Winix will delete any personal information that is requested by a registrant.

With permission of the Contest winner, the Administrator will have the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial on winixamerica.com and/or on Winix owned social media pages.
